Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your B27 purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
  

How to Return

• Every order includes a Dropp return label inside the package
• Simply place the item back in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest Dropp return point
• No need to contact us before returning

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the item
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping Costs

• The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
