Yes. All payments are processed through secure encrypted checkout.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unwashed

• Tags must be attached

• Items must be in original condition

Every order includes a Dropp return label.

Simply repack the item and drop it off at your nearest Dropp location.

Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
