By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in ISK (Icelandic Króna) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Discontinue products without notice

  • Limit quantities per order

We do our best to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your screen displays colors exactly as intended.

3. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment is not authorized

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • A product is unavailable due to inventory errors

If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped with Dropp.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 1–3 business days in Reykjavík and capital area

  • 3–5 business days outside the capital area

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Return shipping fees are deducted from refunds unless the item is faulty.
