Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All B27 orders are shipped from Iceland.

How long does delivery take?
  • Capital area: 1–3 business days
  • Outside the capital area: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or promotions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over 16.000 ISK

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in centimeters. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar garment you already own.

Do your products fit true to size?

Most B27 products fit true to size. If a product fits differently (oversized or slim), this will be clearly stated on the product page.

What size is the model wearing?

Model size and height are listed on each product page for reference.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

How do I return an item?

Every order includes a Dropp return label. Simply place the item back in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest Dropp return point — no need to contact us first.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Products & Care

How should I wash my B27 products?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Wash at 30°C
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Wash inside out

Always follow the care label inside the garment.

Are your products made for training or everyday wear?

B27 designs pieces that move seamlessly between training, lifestyle, and everyday wear — clean, functional, and built to last.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

No — discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted products unless stated otherwise.

Do gift cards expire?

No. B27 gift cards do not expire and can be used anytime.
